Class 2 Drivers - Tamworth Driver Require are recruiting Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Tamworth. The role as a Class 2 Driver - Tamworth driver will include: Carrying out daily vehicle checks Completing minor repairs to the vehicles where necessary and appropriate to do so Reporting any damage, defects, or wear-and-tear to the Transport Team Ensuring the load is securely strapped down Driving a Class 2 Lorry to and from their customer locations Multi drop (up to 8 drops) Handballing maybe required - no dirty work Liaising with Customers Liaising with the Transport Team to ensure that they are kept appraised of the status of your delivery and whereabouts Completion of paperwork / POD''s Pay rates: Weekday - 14.00 plus holiday pay Weekend - 17.50 plus holiday Pay Night out - 25.00 Driver requirements: Must have 12 months HGV / Class 2 Driver experience Strapping and loading experience needed Be mindful of the vehicles when driving to customer eg fitting into tight spaces Maximum 6 points on licence with no major convictions( DD/DR/IN10''s)55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
