Maintenance Electrician Location: Skegness Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm Type: Permanent | Full-Time Overview We’re recruiting a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a professional on-site engineering team supporting a large leisure and hospitality estate in Skegness, working on behalf of a leading global facilities management provider. This is a long-term, static position offering stability, consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and ongoing training with no call-out rota. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems * Diagnose faults and complete reactive repairs * Maintain lighting, power, sockets, and distribution systems * Conduct emergency lighting testing and inspections * Perform basic fire alarm checks * Support general building services maintenance when required * Complete compliance paperwork and job reports * Work closely with the on-site Contract Manager and engineering team Requirements * Qualified Electrician or Maintenance Electrician * Level 3 Electrical qualification * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Experience within commercial maintenance or FM environments * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Package * Salary up to £45,000 * No on-call rota * Overtime available * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension and benefits package * Training and upskilling opportunities * Static site role — no travel between locations Apply Today If you’re a Maintenance Electrician looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with excellent work–life balance and long-term progression, apply now or contact us confidentially for more information
