Location: Glasgow & Edinburgh Hours: Full-Time Contract: Permanent We are seeking a pharmacist who is ambitious and keen to combine an expert clinical role with a chance to develop commercial and leadership skills. As a Screen Clinical Pharmacist you will: Work collaboratively with GP Practices in a hybrid role, applying your expertise as a medicines specialist to enhance patient care through clinical improvement projects and patient review services. Proactively identify patients requiring pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, supporting the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment and management plans in partnership with Practice teams.
