Role: BMS Commissioning Manager Day Rate: Up to 500 a day Outside IR35 with Weekly Payments Duration: Long Term Works Location: Central London My client is an established engineering company who are working on a large scale commerical project in the London area. They are looking for anan experienced BMS Commissioning Manager to support the delivery of a complex building and energy management project. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing commissioning engineers on multiple sites, ensuring systems are delivered to specification, on programme and to recognised industry standards. Your Role You will plan and coordinate commissioning activities across several projects, provide technical support to site teams and report clear progress updates to project stakeholders. The position suits a senior commissioning engineer or commissioning lead who is comfortable managing people, programme and technical risk in a live construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule commissioning engineers across multiple project Oversee commissioning of BMS and associated mechanical and electrical plant in line with contract documentation and drawings Attend site and project meetings, contributing to commissioning procedures and test plans Ensure compliance with site rules, legislation and quality processes Verify testing and validation using calibrated equipment Monitor progress, maintain accurate records and provide concise reporting to project and contracts teams Identify additional works, record delays and support commercial recovery where appropriate Mentor and develop engineers, providing practical technical support on site Maintain high standards for documentation including as built information and daily records Required experience Proven background commissioning BMS systems Working knowledge on either Trend, Tridium, Distech or Delta Platforms Full UK driving licence Experience leading and supervising a team of engineers If this role seems of interest, please feel free to apply or contact Adam on the details attached.
