Nurse Glenmachan Tower House, Nursing home. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Nurse to join the team at Glenmachan Nursing Home. Glenmachan Nursing Home is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a safe, supportive and homely environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and flexible nurse looking for bank hours to support our existing team. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high standards of clinical and personal care Administering medication in line with NMC guidelines and company policy Developing, reviewing and updating individualised care plans Supervising and supporting care staff on shift Monitoring residents health and wellbeing and responding to any changes Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records Liaising with GPs, multidisciplinary teams and families Requirements: Valid NISCC Registration Previous nursing experience in a care home setting is desirable Strong clinical skills and knowledge of elderly care Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including nights and weekends What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Flexible working to suit your availability Supportive and friendly working environment Ongoing training and professional development If you are a motivated nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, we would love to hear from you.
