?A growing and dynamic organisation in Redcar is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its expanding finance team. This role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and business-wide decision-making, making it perfect for newly qualified accountants, finalists, or anyone with strong analytical and finance experience looking to step into a business-facing finance role. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and variances) Provide weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis Monitor revenue, utilisation, and costs against forecasts and budgets Manage fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments Conduct advanced Excel-based analysis and reporting Support finance system and software implementations Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy Skills & Experience ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist Practice background is advantageous but not essential Strong Excel and analytical skills Confident communicator with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset Interest in influencing business decisions and driving financial performance Benefits Competitive salary: 35,000 45,000, with flexibility Private healthcare, life assurance, and critical illness cover Pension Bonus, and profit share scheme Study support and ongoing development opportunities 25 days holiday plus bank holidays This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking finance team where your input really matters.
