As CEO, you will be accountable to the Board of Trustees for the overall performance, sustainability, and regulatory compliance of the hospice. You will ensure that the corporate strategy and financial plan are tightly aligned to delivery, performance management, and regulatory expectations and that opportunities for efficiencies are optimised.
