Deputy Manager - Children's Residential CareLocation: CarmarthenshireSalary: £38,500Hours: Monday-FridayContract: Full-time, permanentWe are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a 4-bedded children's residential home supporting three young people in the Carmarthenshire area.This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a key leadership position and help shape positive outcomes for children and young people.About the RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the home.
