This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or current SENCO to lead and develop our provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities. About the Role As SENCO, you will play a key strategic role in ensuring that all students receive the support they need to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to promote inclusion and high-quality provision across the school.
