Job Title:IRS Satellite & Digital Aerial InstallerLocation:Based in Pyle Work in Field through South Wales, South West, Midlands, LondonSalary:£30,000£46,000 (DOE)Job Type:Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experiencedIRS Satellite and Digital Aerial Installerto join our growing team. The role involves installation, commissioning and maintenance of IRS (Integrated Reception Systems), satellite and digital aerial systems across residential, commercial and multi-dwelling sites.Fibre splicing experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, expanding business with long-term work and opportunities to develop new skills.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintainIRS, satellite and digital aerial systemsInstall communal IRS systems in apartments and commercial buildingsInstall aerials, satellite dishes, amplifiers and multiswitch systemsRun and terminate coaxial (and occasional fibre) cablingTesting, fault finding and commissioning of systemsWork at height using ladders, roof access equipment and MEWPsRead site drawings and installation plansComplete job sheets and installation reportsLiaise with clients, site managers and office teamMaintain company vehicle, tools and equipmentRequirementsEssential:Proven experience installingIRS and digital aerial systemsComfortable working at heightFull UK driving licenceStrong fault-finding and testing skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood understanding of health & safety on siteDesirable (not essential):Fibre splicing experienceExperience with fibre IRS systemsCAI accreditation or similarECS/CSCS cardIPAF or PASMAExperience working on construction sitesData cabling or CCTV experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (DOE)Company vehicle and fuel cardTools, test equipment and PPE providedOvertime opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentStable and growing business with over 30 years in the industryTPBN1_UKTJ
