Please read below for role details:The Role Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between residents, site teams and project management, ensuring refurbishment works are delivered smoothly, safely and with minimal disruption.This is a highly visible, customer-facing position within occupied social housing environments. Youll support residents with empathy through kitchen and bathroom upgrades, fire protection works, retrofit programmes and planned maintenance schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact between residents and site teamsConduct pre-start visits explaining scope and programme of worksIssue resident letters, access schedules and progress updatesManage queries, concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalismSupport vulnerable residents and ensure reasonable adjustmentsOrganise and attend resident meetings and engagement eventsEnsure residents understand health & safety and property access requirementsMaintain accurate records of communications, access issues and feedbackAssist with post-completion handovers and satisfaction surveysEssential Experience (Non-Negotiable):Previous experience as a Resident/Tenancy Officer or similarExperience working within occupied social housing propertiesBackground in planned maintenance, refurbishment or property servicesStrong communication and conflict resolution skillsAbility to manage sensitive conversations professionallyOrganised and capable of managing multiple propertiesIT literate (Microsoft Office and liaison tracking systems)Full UK Driving LicenceDesirable:Housing or customer service-related trainingDBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)Apply today for immediate considerationTPBN1_UKTJ
