Instead, it offers a clear career within Sales Development, Business Development and IT Sales.The Role – SDR / BDE (Outbound Sales) As a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive, you will focus on proactive outbound sales and new business generation within the IT recruitment market.Key responsibilities: High-activity outbound calling to IT hiring managers and decision-makers Generating and qualifying new business opportunities Building and managing a consistent new business pipeline Booking meetings for senior leadership and business development teams Driving revenue growth through structured new business development This is a target-driven SDR / BDE role suited to individuals who thrive in outbound sales and enjoy consistently generating new opportunities.Requirements Experience within the IT industry is essential Ideally previous IT recruitment or technology sales experience Background in SDR, Sales Development, Business Development or outbound sales Confident with cold calling and objection handling Highly motivated, resilient and target-focused Why Join VIQU?
