As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a hands‑on role in building the teams that power our mission. You’ll support full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions, partner closely with hiring managers, and help shape how Borderless attracts, engages, and hires top talent. Reporting to Gina, our Talent Lead, this is an ideal role for someone earlier in their recruitment career (1‑5 years experience). You’ll already have exposure to recruitment and be excited to learn, experiment and progress quickly in a high growth, high ambiguity startup environment. You’ll gain broad exposure to sourcing, stakeholder management, data‑driven hiring and employer branding – with clear progression opportunities as the company scales.Role Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include:End‑to‑End Recruitment: Support full‑cycle recruitment across multiple roles — from role kick‑off and sourcing through to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.Proactive Sourcing: Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, ATS tools, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on hiring strategies, and deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.Data & Reporting: Confidently use our ATS to track hiring activity, pull data, and create simple dashboards and reports to inform hiring decisions.Employer Branding & Creativity: Help build and evolve our employer brand through content, job ads, careers pages, partnerships, and events.Hiring Partnerships: Support the development of external partnerships (universities, communities, networks, platforms) to strengthen our talent pipeline.Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve and scale our hiring processes as we grow.Candidate Experience: Deliver a thoughtful, engaging, and high‑quality experience for every candidate interacting with Borderless.The Ideal Candidate Will BringEarly Recruitment Experience: Typically 1–5 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role (including internships, placements, or agency experience).Full‑Cycle Exposure: Experience running end‑to‑end recruitment processes.Tech‑Savvy & Data Curious: Comfortable using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, spreadsheets, and pulling data to create reports or dashboards.Creative Mindset: You enjoy thinking about how to attract talent differently — from writing compelling job ads to building our employer brand.Excellent Communicator: Confident engaging with candidates and stakeholders, written and verbal.Organised & Detail‑Oriented: Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑moving environment.Startup Mentality: You’re adaptable, proactive, and excited to grow in a scaling company where processes are still evolving.
