Job Summary This job attracts a Recruitment and Retention payment of £25,000 in addition to £8000 relocation allowance. The RRP is pro rata for part time employees.We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Community Children and Young People's (CYPS) Mental Health Team in North East Hampshire, based at the Aldershot Centre for Health.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, welcoming, and multi-skilled team that supports the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people aged 5 to 18. Our service provides specialist assessments, evidence-based treatments and ongoing support for young people with a range of emotional, behavioural, and complex mental health needs.You’ll provide clinical leadership and direct psychiatric input as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, nurses, therapists, and support workers. You’ll work with schools, GPs, local authorities and other partners to ensure coordinated and person-centred care. The team also has strong links to our Eating Disorder Service, Crisis Intervention and Early Intervention in Psychosis teams.You’ll be joining a Trust committed to early intervention, prevention, and supporting young people to thrive.
