This is your chance to help young people overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.You will provide personalised support to pupils with multiple social, emotional, and learning challenges. This may include supporting pupils with speech and sound disorders, expressive language difficulties, delayed understanding of language, concentration challenges, and work avoidance behaviours.While primarily education-focused, this role also involves supporting families, carers, and the wider community, working closely with professionals such as Social Workers, Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and Early Intervention Teams.
