Location: Hendon Salary: Up to 70,000 per annum + bonuses Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Hours: Full-time with on-call responsibilities About the Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a senior leadership role focused on creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can heal, develop, and achieve positive outcomes. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and full compliance with Ofsted regulations, while leading and supporting a dedicated staff team.
