This is a senior leadership role focused on creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can heal, develop, and achieve positive outcomes. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and full compliance with Ofsted regulations, while leading and supporting a dedicated staff team.
