Registered Manager Brand New Childrens Residential Home (EBD) Location: Oldbury Salary: 50,000 65,000 per annum + bonus incentives Contract: Full-time, Permanent Were supporting a new and ambitious childrens residential care provider with the appointment of an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed EBD home in Oldbury. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a service from day one leading the Ofsted registration, recruiting your own team, and embedding a strong, child-centred culture built around high-quality care and positive outcomes. Youll be supported by an experienced Responsible Individual, but trusted with real autonomy to shape the home and put your own stamp on its development. The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading the Ofsted registration process and ongoing compliance Recruiting, developing, and inspiring your own staff team Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children with EBD Ensuring the home achieves and maintains Good or Outstanding standards Overseeing safeguarding, care planning, and quality assurance Managing the day-to-day operations, staffing, and performance of the service Participating in Registered Manager on-call duties Whats on Offer Salary up to 62,000 plus excellent bonus incentives Strong support from an experienced RI Full autonomy to shape the homes culture and vision Opportunity to join a new provider with a genuine commitment to quality Company pension, profit sharing, sick pay, and on-site parking Company events and a supportive working environment About You Were keen to speak with candidates who have: Proven experience as a Registered Manager within childrens residential care A track record of managing Good or Outstanding Ofsted-rated homes Strong experience supporting young people with EBD Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months) Confident leadership skills and a passion for making a real difference Why Apply?
