Contracts Manager West Midlands Up to 70,000 + package Were looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong civils background to join an established contractor delivering projects across the Midlands. If youve got solid experience in groundworks, infrastructure, drainage, and external works and youre confident running multiple sites and managing teams this could be a great fit. What youll be doing: Overseeing several civils projects at once Managing Site Managers and site teams Making sure projects run safely, on time, and on budget Working closely with commercial teams to keep costs on track Meeting clients and keeping relationships strong Solving problems and keeping jobs moving What were looking for: Experience as a Contracts Manager (or a strong Site Manager / PM ready to step up) Background in groundworks and infrastructure Good leadership skills and commercial awareness SMSTS and relevant site cards Full UK driving licence Whats on offer: Up to 70,000 salary (depending on experience) Car or car allowance Bonus scheme Pension Real progression opportunities If you want a role with autonomy, stability, and the chance to help grow a regional civils operation, get in touch for a chat.
