21.00 per hour Negotiable DOE Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Loading Shovel Operative with ADT qualification and strong geotechnical knowledge for an immediate start in the CO3 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative looking for long-term work, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Operating loading shovel safely and efficiently on site Operating ADT (Articulated Dump Truck) as required Moving, grading and stockpiling materials Working alongside site engineers and groundworks teams Supporting geotechnical site works and understanding soil types, compaction and ground conditions Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance Ensuring full compliance with site H&S regulations Essential Requirements Valid CPCS or NPORS Loading Shovel ticket ADT qualification (CPCS/NPORS) Proven experience in groundworks or bulk earthworks Strong understanding of geotechnical principles (soil stability, compaction, ground conditions) Full UK Driving Licence (preferred) Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious Whats on Offer 21 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) Temp to perm opportunity Weekly pay Ongoing work for the right candidate Supportive site environment If youre an experienced operative looking for stability and a long-term opportunity, apply now or contact us directly to discuss further.
