Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join a global growth team and assist in leading the expansion of our market research solutions across key industries and regions. Key aspects of this role include:Market & Opportunity DevelopmentIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with the clients global services and value propositions.Drive new logo acquisition across assigned territories using a consultative, solution-led sales approach.Generate opportunities both within and beyond the core industry through strategic prospecting and market outreach, Client Engagement & Relationship Management.Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes.Act as a trusted advisor by positioning their offerings as strategic solutions rather than transactional services.Pipeline & Revenue OwnershipOwn and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.Sales Execution & Deal ClosureLead complex, high-value deal cycles across multiple stakeholders and geographiesNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements.Successfully close new business and support smooth handover to delivery and account management teams.Go-to-Market & Outreach ActivitiesExecute structured outbound campaigns, including email, calling, and social selling, to support lead generation and opportunity conversion.Brand Representation & Thought LeadershipRepresent the organization at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate business leads.Stakeholder Collaboration & MobilityWork cross-functionally with internal teams across regions to support global business objectives.Travel within the UK and internationally, as required, for client meetings, events, and business development activities.Targeting the following Skillsets:Strong experience in business to business market research.Strong quantitative and data driven skills (some of the role is data-focused).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Relationship management and stakeholder engagement expertiseQuick learner with a proactive, driven attitude.Leadership and team management skills.
