Protection Adviser (Life Insurance) Contract: Permanent Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 basic + Monthly Commission Location: South Manchester | Hybrid (3 days from home) Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) (1 in 3 day Saturday & 1 Late Evening per week) Are you an experienced Life Insurance or Protection Adviser looking for quality leads, strong earning potential and real career progression? The Role You'll provide telephone-based advice on life insurance and protection products to personal and business clients. This is a consultative role where understanding client needs, delivering tailored recommendations, and maintaining full FCA compliance are key. You'll receive structured support, ongoing coaching, and clear progression pathways with commission rewarding strong performance.
