About the Company Our client is a hospitality group operating across the UK. The business has an established and growing portfolio of multi-site assets and operates through an integrated platform covering development, investment and asset management. The organisation has built a strong reputation for quality and long-term value creation and continues to expand its portfolio through new developments and strategic investment. This opportunity is offered on a nine-month maternity cover basis. The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of group reporting, operational finance oversight and financial planning across a multi-site hospitality platform. This is a senior role within the finance function, working closely with leadership and providing oversight across site-based finance teams. The position requires someone commercially minded, hands-on, and confident operating in a fast-paced, growing environment. Key Responsibilities Ownership of the month-end close, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting Oversight of day-to-day operational finance processes Supporting external audit delivery Driving improvements in finance systems, processes and controls Reviewing and strengthening internal controls as the business continues to scale Managing and developing a team within the finance function Acting as a senior escalation point for operational finance matters Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning Promoting accountability and cost control across the organisation Candidate Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience within hospitality, F&B or multi-site environments preferred Strong cashflow management and budgeting capability Confident partnering with senior stakeholders Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, trends and control gaps TPBN1_UKTJ
