Job Reference: 890 Job Title: Small Works Supervisor Salary: 50,000 Per annum + Package Location: Brixworth, Northampton Job Type: Technical/Engineering Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00am 05:00pm) Job Summary Were looking for a proactive and technically strong Extra Works Supervisor to support the delivery of small works, emergency response, and subcontractor management across site in Brixworth, Northampton. Youll act as a key on-site point of contact, coordinating subcontractors, triaging emergency works, and ensuring planned and reactive tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on site, ensuring safe and compliant delivery. Act as the main point of communication between client, subcontractors and the FM team. Oversee small projects works. Monitor health & safety performance. Requirements Background in Plumbing, Kitchen or bathroom installations Experience progressing into a supervisory or small works role.
