Spacelabs is looking for a Junior Flutter / Dart Software Engineer to join our R&D engineering team and contribute to the development of high‐quality mobile applications that support our mission of improving healthcare worldwide.This is a hands‐on role where you'll work closely with senior engineers and cross‐functional teams to build performant, reliable, and maintainable applications. You'll grow your skills in mobile development, modern software architecture, and CI/CD practices while contributing to the evolution of our mobile platform.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain high‐quality mobile applications using Flutter and DartContribute to application architecture and technical design under senior guidanceBuild and maintain data‐driven apps that integrate with RESTful backend servicesDevelop responsive, performant, and accessible UI componentsWork with cross‐functional teams to define requirements and technical solutionsParticipate in design, architecture, and code reviewsDeliver assigned tasks on time as part of an Agile/Scrum teamSupport CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test workflowsSuggest improvements to tooling, frameworks, and development practicesWrite clean, maintainable, testable codeWork effectively in asynchronous and multi‐threaded environments(Optional but valued) Contribute within regulated or quality‐focused development environmentsUphold company values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and TeamworkPerform additional tasks as needed to support team and business goalsRequired Qualifications2+ years of software development experience, including hands‐on Flutter development2+ years of professional mobile application developmentProficiency in Dart and experience with at least one additional mobile language (Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective‐C)Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and state management patternsUnderstanding of asynchronous and multi‐threaded programmingGood knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and problem‐solvingExperience with Git, Azure DevOps and/or GitHubFamiliarity with CI/CD workflows for mobile appsAbility to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environmentSelf‐motivated, proactive, and eager to learnStrong communication and collaboration skills, ideally with distributed or international teamsIf you're passionate about building high‐impact mobile applications and want to help shape the future of healthcare technology, apply now and join our mission.NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIESOSI Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively "OSI") does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
