Assistant Store Manager | Luxury FlagshipI am partnering with an established luxury maison to appoint a driven and commercially astute Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of one of its flagship environments.This opportunity is ideal for a strong luxury retail professional who thrives in a client-centric setting and is ready to take on broader leadership responsibility within a high-performing store.Working closely with the Store Manager, you will act as a key pillar of support in delivering commercial success, elevating team performance and strengthening long-term client engagement.Position OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager will be instrumental in translating brand vision into daily execution - ensuring the sales floor operates with energy, precision and elevated service standards.Core ResponsibilitiesCommercial Contribution & Client Strategy• Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets• Monitor KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance• Drive CRM engagement and contribute to the growth of a loyal, high-value client base• Lead from the front during peak trading periods• Encourage cross-selling and wardrobe-building to maximise client lifetime value.Leadership & Team Development• Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous team development• Provide daily coaching on service excellence and product expertise• Reinforce accountability and performance standards• Act as a visible and motivating presence on the shop floorOperational & Stock Management• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock flow in partnership with back-of-house• Ensure smooth daily operations and strong organisational discipline• Assist with rota planning and resource allocation• Uphold company policies and compliance standardsBrand & Visual Excellence• Ensure visual guidelines are executed with consistency and attention to detail• Maintain high standards of presentation across team and store• Support the delivery of an elevated, seamless in-store experienceIdeal Candidate• At least 5 years of solid luxury management experience within luxury fashion retail• Strong CRM capability and confident clienteling skills• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of performance metrics• A natural leader who inspires through example• Highly organised with sound decision-making ability• Ambitious and committed to building a long-term career within luxuryThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced luxury professional seeking to grow within a flagship setting and further develop strategic leadership exposure.Salary: Up to £45,000 + performance-related bonus + excellent benefits and premium brand perks.For confidential conversations, please connect or reach out directly.giovanna@
