Are you an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer ready to step up to Principal level or already working at Principal level and looking for a new challenge?A respected consultancy with a growing civils team is seeking a motivated and versatile engineer to help shape their future growth.You will work closely with the Senior Engineers and the Associate within a dynamic team of 10+, taking responsibility for leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and delivering a wide variety of civil engineering schemes. This is an opportunity to join a business with exciting growth plans, including building their Glasgow office and doubling in size over the next three years.The team undertakes a diverse mix of projects, including:Housebuilding infrastructureActive travel and public realm schemesHigh-profile developments across the UK.Experience needed:Chartered or close to charteredAll-round civil engineering design experience across infrastructure, drainage, roads, and public realmStrong technical ability, but equally happy leading, mentoring and client-facingPackage & Benefits:Salary up to £55,000 (DOE)Annual bonusHybrid workingSupportive, collaborative culture with clear progression pathwaysThis is an exciting time to join a consultancy that's expanding both in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
