Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience to join our growing maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of commercial aircraft through high-quality inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.This role involves performing base maintenance on a variety of Boeing and Airbus aircraft types.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out routine and non-routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems and componentsDiagnose mechanical and system issues using approved tooling, manuals, and techniquesReplace, install, or repair defective parts in accordance with safety and regulatory requirementsPerform scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer instructions and UK/EASA regulatory standardsAccurately complete all required maintenance documentation and recordsSupport troubleshooting activities and contribute to effective technical solutionsEnsure the work area, tools, and equipment remain clean, safe, and well-organisedRequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in commercial aircraft maintenance — B737NG or A320 experience highly desirablePrevious experience in base maintenance operations preferredMust have the legal right to live and work in the UKStrong understanding of aircraft systems and ability to interpret and work from approved maintenance documentationSuccessful completion of recognised aeronautical training such as:– City & Guilds Level 3– BTEC Level 3– Aeronautical apprenticeship programme– Relevant engineering degree
