We are currently seeking two experienced Composite Laminators to join our client based in Banbury on an initial 8-week contract. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Motorsport / Formula 1 composite laminating who can start immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out high-quality composite laminating to Motorsport/F1 standardsWork with pre-preg carbon fibre materialsLay-up of composite components to precise specificationsFollow engineering drawings and work instructionsMaintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and cleanlinessAdhere to health and safety procedures at all timesEssential RequirementsProven composite laminating experience within Motorsport / Formula 1Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerancesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRight to work in the UK
