Initial traction has been generated through curated networking events in London, with early sales and brand interest supporting investor conversations.We are now seeking a business partner to help our brand outreach to premium hospitality channels.The OpportunityWe are looking for a commercially driven partner with a strong background in luxury hotels, boutique hospitality, or high-end guest experience management.This is an equity-based founding role (unsalaried currently), designed for someone who sees long-term value in building a premium fragrance brand aligned with curated hotel partnerships.Key Responsibilitiesi. Develop and secure partnerships with boutique and luxury hotelsii. Introduce premium in-suite sampling experiences for hotel guestsiii. Drive B2B sales strategy within hospitality networksiv. Lead hospitality-led brand positioning and experiential marketingv. Build strategic relationships within luxury and lifestyle ecosystemsvi. Contribute to broader sales, marketing, and investor strategyIdeal Profilei. 5+ years in luxury hospitality, hotel management, or guest experienceii.
