This role exists to scale that early European success in the same way we have built the UK market over more than two decades.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to progress and convert a strong, pre-landscaped pipeline across Germany and wider Europe, with some exposure to UK partnerships. This is a senior, relationship-led role focused on building long-term strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesProgress and convert an existing qualified pipeline across EuropeOwn the partnership lifecycle from engagement through to contract and onboardingBuild trusted senior relationships within ticketing and live eventsLead commercial proposals and negotiationsRepresent TicketPlan at relevant industry eventsMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecastingSkills & ExperienceProven business development or partnerships experienceFluent English (additional European languages advantageous)Ideally with experience working within ticketing, events, venues or platformsStrong commercial and negotiation capabilityComfortable operating across multiple European markets
