A leading business is currently recruiting for a German or French Speaking Account Executive. London. Paying up to £150,000 OTEExperience and skills required for the German or French speaking Account Executive/ManagerFluent in German or French is a (MUST)5+ years in Enterprise Sales or expansion-focused roles (SaaS preferred), with a proven history of hitting upsell and cross-sell quotas in a recurring revenue model.Strong negotiation experience including legal and procurement involvementSkilled at managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large organisations, from initial discovery to final sign-off.Good understanding of digital marketing and online growth levers (SEO, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, Social, etc.)Demonstrated success in multi-product selling, whitespace mapping, and enterprise account planningExperience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable tools is a plus.Ability to work y in a segmented AM/CS model, partnering closely with Customer Success teamRole and responsibilities for the German or French speaking Account Executive/ManagerOwn expansion revenue (upsell + cross-sell) across a defined portfolio of enterprise customersBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, account-based strategies, and multi-threaded engagementIdentify and activate whitespace by mapping business units, markets, use cases, and product adjacenciesRun structured discovery to uncover business pain, quantify impact, and connect insights to measurable outcomesLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including VP/C-level, Procurement, Legal, and cross-functional teamsDrive multi-product sales motions across platform, expanding from core use cases into high-ROI solutionsMaintain forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline, ensuring clean CRM hygiene and high qualification standardsTravel regularly across EMEA to meet clients, run executive sessions, and attend industry eventsPackage for the for the German or French speaking Account Executive/ ManagerPaying up to £150,000 OTEPotential stock options and guaranteed commission for the right person3 days a week onsite34 days holidayPrivate Healthcare+ More
