They are now looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a CAD Design Engineer.Title: CAD Design EngineerLocation: Farnborough (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £55,000What you'll be doingPreparing technical design and engineering documentation for PV projectsCreating topographic layouts, water management plans, module layouts, string plans, and substructure plansPreparing construction details such as overall layouts, earthwork plans, earthing plans, and foundation plansWorking on the design and visualisation of PV systems using AutoCAD (Civil 3D), PVcase, and PVSystSkills & ExperienceDegree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related subject.3 years of relevant engineering experienceGood understanding of PV system planning on the AC and DC sideStrong experience with AutoCAD and knowledge of PVSyst and PVcaseExcellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
