Escape Recruitment is supporting a major industrial manufacturing operation in East Lothian to appoint an Electrical Engineering Manager.This is a senior leadership position within a complex heavy industrial plant where electrical compliance, safety and reliability are critical to operational performance.The successful candidate will:Take ownership of site electrical compliance and statutory responsibilitiesOversee HV/LV systems and infrastructureDrive reliability improvement and fault analysisSupport plant upgrades and capital projectsLead and develop the site electrical teamWe welcome applications from experienced Electrical Engineering Managers or strong Senior Electrical Engineers with significant compliance responsibility and supervisory experience who are ready to step into a broader leadership role.This role is fully site based, Monday to Friday.
