You’ll be responsible for building conversations with e-commerce retailers turning £1m–£100m in revenue, engaging founders, Heads of E-commerce, Operations Managers, and Warehouse Leaders. This is not a spray-and-pray SDR role. You’ll take a targeted, intelligent approach researching accounts, understanding operational challenges, and starting meaningful conversations that lead to high-quality demos. Understanding customer challenges and interpreting them will be your growth opportunities.
