Account Manager - Travel Global TechLondon (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)Contract 12 monthsSalary : £48k - £50k paWe're hiring a commercially minded Market Coordinator to partner with Field Teams across the UK, Nordics and Middle East & Africa. This is a high-impact role focused on managing complex, high-value Host escalations while improving operational performance across your region.This is not a standard coordination role. You'll be trusted to handle sensitive issues, protect brand integrity and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.What You'll Be DoingOwn and resolve high-value, time-sensitive Host escalations end-to-endAct as a senior Host-facing partner to Market Management teamsDiagnose complex issues, identify root causes and drive practical solutionsTriage and prioritise escalation tickets to ensure efficient resolutionProvide clear, confident communication - even in challenging situationsSupport improvements in listing quality and overall 5-star performancePartner cross-functionally to strengthen processes and reduce repeat issuesConsistently meet or exceed SLA response targetsWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience in Account Management, Operations or Customer SuccessProven track record handling complex, high-risk customer issuesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and solve problems quicklyConfident stakeholder manager who can influence without authorityCalm under pressure and skilled at de-escalating difficult situationsExperience using Salesforce, Google Suite and Jira (preferred)This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and enjoys balancing relationship management with operational rigour.
