The Role: SAR Signal Processing EngineerRemote or Hybrid options availableHybrid base: BristolWe're working with a space technology team looking to add a SAR Signal Processing Engineer to support the development of advanced satellite radar capabilities.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deep in the signal processing stack, from algorithm development through to real data analysis and product generation.What you'll be working onDeveloping algorithms in the field of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)Prototyping, implementing, and testing SAR processing chainsProcessing and analysing satellite data, and generating value-added productsWriting technical documentation, project reports, and scientific publicationsWhat we're looking forMaster's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in satellite SAR signal processingStrong skills in Python and/or MATLAB or OctaveConfident communicator with fluent written and spoken EnglishNice to haveExperience with satellite ground systemsKnowledge of a compiled language such as C or C++If you'd like to learn more, or you know someone who could be a strong fit, feel free to reach out or apply directly.
