White Horse is working exclusively with a professional services and technology solutions business to recruit a senior Head of Sales & Marketing. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth, leading both Sales and Marketing functions, and ensuring the delivery of revenue and brand objectives.The RoleThe Head of Sales & Marketing will define and execute the company's commercial strategy, ensuring cohesive go-to-market activity, strong demand generation, compelling value propositions, and achievement of revenue targets.As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will oversee day-to-day operations across Sales and Marketing, lead and develop teams, embed best practices, and work closely with the CEO and other business leaders to accelerate growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & LeadershipLead the Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve business growth targetsDevelop compelling value propositions, campaigns and go-to-market plansOwn Sales & Marketing KPIs, ratios and reportingDrive continuous improvement, governance and best practice across both functionsRepresent the department at Senior Management levelSales LeadershipSet and deliver revenue targetsLead account management, new business development, bid management and contract managementPrioritise and resource sales pipeline activityProvide forecasting and commercial insightMaintain contractual oversightMarketing LeadershipLead all marketing activity, including digital, brand, campaigns, content and eventsConduct market analysis and competitor researchDrive integrated lead generation activityOwn brand strategy and marketing operationsLead internal communications and social value initiativesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment across all business functionsEnsure strong communication and collaboration across the companyPeople LeadershipLead, develop and motivate Sales and Marketing teamsManage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and capability developmentFoster a high-performance, results-driven cultureAbout YouYou will be a commercially focused leader with significant experience operating at a senior level across Sales and Marketing.Essential:Extensive experience in senior Sales and Marketing rolesStrong leadership, communication and commercial skillsExperience in consultative sales, digital marketing and proposition developmentStrategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh levels of professionalism, confidentiality and organisationExcellent communication skills with clients and stakeholdersStrong understanding of technology as a solution to business problemsProven results-driven approachDesirable:Degree or professional qualificationExposure to ISO standardsExperience working with UK Government frameworksLocation & TravelThis role can be based in the Isle of Man or the UK or it can be Fully Remote with visits to the Isle of Man when required.
