Within this, Noble Foods owns several successful brands, including the UK's biggest free-range egg brand the Happy Egg co., Big & Fresh and Purely Organic.In a recent survey by Best Companies we were rated as one of the Top 10 companies to work for in the Food and Drink industry.We're recruiting a Senior National Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth across our retail customer base.This is a high-impact, senior commercial role with full P&L accountability, clear growth objectives, and the backing of a business investing confidently in its future.Depending on your experience and strengths, you'll focus on one of two key growth areas:Value-Added Eggs (Chilled & Frozen)Driving expansion of our cooked and innovative egg portfolio through major multiple retailers, with a strong emphasis on innovation, NPD, and new business development.ORShell Egg Category LeadershipLeading and growing our established shell egg business, managing two major multiple accounts and delivering sustainable, profitable growth through outstanding execution, partnership, and category insight.What you'll be responsible for:Owning and delivering sales, revenue, and growth targetsFull P&L responsibility for major multiple retail accountsDeveloping and executing account plans to drive long-term valueBuilding and strengthening senior customer relationshipsNegotiating and securing long-term commercial agreementsIdentifying and converting new business opportunitiesCollaborating cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, marketing, category, and product developmentSupporting and delivering a compelling innovation pipelineProviding accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance updates to senior leadershipAbout you:You're a commercially astute account leader who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment and enjoys turning strategy into results.You'll bring:Strong negotiation and relationship-building skillsExcellent analytical and strategic thinkingSolid understanding of UK food retail dynamics and consumer trendsProven experience in contract managementConfident presentation and reporting capabilityA results-driven, growth-focused mindsetAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionallyExperience & qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field3–5+ years' experience in sales or business development within the food retail industryTrack record of delivering revenue growth and account expansionOur shared commitments:We're committed to health & safety, sustainability, and social responsibility.
