Salary: c. £40,000 + benefitsOur client is looking for someone to join their Internal Communications team to embed, develop and manage a new internal social platform; a role that will encompass:sourcing and curating content (written, video, graphical etc)building and implementing content guidelinesdeveloping contributory community groups across the businessmoderating content and activitymonitoring performance and engagement and continuously improving outcomesmanaging riskscollaborating with operational leadership and the wider communications and marketing teamsYou'll be a highly organised communications professional with strong platform/channels management; this isn't a copywriting role, although an eye for a story and the sort of content that will positively engage employees, particularly non-office based populations, is essential.
