The Assistant Store Director will support daily store operations, lead, mentor and develop the store team, and ensure an exceptional, luxury-oriented customer experience. This role works closely with the Store Director to drive commercial performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Support and manage daily store operations to ensure seamless execution and high standardsDrive commercial performance by executing sales strategies and achieving store KPIsLead, coach and develop team members to strengthen performance, product knowledge and customer service skillsElevate the customer experience through refined service, client engagement and bespoke sellingMaintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identityAssist with inventory management, stock flow and coordination with buying and operations teamsFoster a collaborative, positive team culture and uphold company valuesQualificationsProven experience in retail leadership or store management, preferably within luxury, premium or designer fashion environmentsDemonstrated ability to drive sales results, achieve targets and contribute to commercial strategyStrong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering personalised, high-touch experiencesExcellent leadership, coaching, and team development skillsStrong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members alikeComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with changing priorities
