As part of their continued growth strategy, they are expanding their coverage of the Polish market and are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Private Banker to drive business development and client acquisition.As a Private Banker covering the Polish market, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, entrepreneurs, and family offices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strategic business development plan focused on the Polish market and manage client relationshipIdentify, prospect, and acquire new HNW/UHNW clientsBuild and manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunitiesDeliver tailored investment, lending, and wealth structuring solutionsAct as a trusted advisor to clients across asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk managementStay on top of market moves, news and events and have an understanding on how those impact client accountsProfileProven track record in private banking with demonstrable success in business development (minimum of five years)Strong network within the Polish HNW/UHNW client segmentExperience covering Polish clients from an international financial centre preferredSolid understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth planningEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial driveExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsFluent Polish and English requiredMust reside in London or willing to relocateIf you are a commercially driven private banker with experience covering the Polish market, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
