White Horse Employment is partnering with a long-standing client in the fuel and lubricants distribution sector to bring two exciting New Business Development Manager opportunities to market. Both roles involve managing existing customers while driving new sales across a range of sectors, including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-Road.Role Locations:Field-Based – Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Coventry, Birmingham, and WorcesterField-Based – Gloucester and surrounding areasKey Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to existing customersGrow repeat business and multi-sales opportunitiesBuild and manage a portfolio of new customersApproach customers across multiple sectors using a range of communication methodsSubmit orders with reference to price listsPlan and organise daily work scheduleTailor sales presentations to customer needsMaintain professional and technical knowledgeAchieve agreed targetsAttend occasional industry showsAbout You:Minimum 3 years proven sales experiencePrevious experience in fuel/lubricant or related industries desirable, but not essentialSales qualification desirableIT literateExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised, resilient, and commercially awareStrong problem-solving skills and able to lead effectivelyWhat We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-related bonusDiscretionary annual bonusCompany car or car allowanceMobile phone22 days holiday plus bank holidaysLife assurance and company pensionCycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme, eyecare scheme, and retail discountsBoth roles are field-based with flexibility for one day per week working from home or the office, which is located in Somerset.
