Sales Manager – Luxury PackagingLocation: ScotlandSalary: £60,000 + Company Car + Pension + Performance BonusWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly respected and innovative luxury packaging business, for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Scotland.This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in the luxury sector and proven experience selling into Scotland’s premium drinks market.The OpportunityOur client partners with leading luxury and premium drinks brands, delivering bespoke, high-end packaging solutions. They are now looking to strengthen their presence in Scotland by appointing a Sales Manager with an established network and deep understanding of the premium drinks landscape, including whisky, gin, and craft spirits brands.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share across ScotlandIdentify and secure new business opportunities within the premium drinks sectorManage and expand existing key accounts, building long-term partnershipsTake a consultative approach, working closely with clients to deliver tailored luxury packaging solutionsLiaise with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project executionRepresent the business at industry events and trade exhibitionsMaintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reportingCandidate RequirementsMinimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role within the luxury sectorDemonstrable success selling into the premium drinks industry in ScotlandStrong network across whisky, gin, and premium beverage brandsExperience within luxury packaging, print, branding, or related premium product sectors highly advantageousCommercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilitiesSelf-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating autonomouslyFull UK driving licencePackage£60,000 base salaryCompany carPension schemePerformance-related bonusIf you are an ambitious sales professional with a passion for luxury brands and a strong foothold within Scotland’s premium drinks sector, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
