This role is built for someone with passion and expertise in technical sales within a startup environment, who can both scale success and manage customer relationships effectively.You will be responsible for closing new business while ensuring strong customer success and satisfaction. Your enthusiasm for selling cybersecurity solutions, combined with your ability to close both new and existing customers, will be critical in scaling the future of our client's platform and product.This role is remote within the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, engage, and close net-new enterprise accounts across DACH regionExecute a pure hunter sales motion, building pipeline from scratch and driving opportunities through to closeEngage DevOps leaders to clearly articulate the company's value propositionDevelop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate and grow Enterprise in DACH marketIdentify, engage, and close complex, enterprise-level dealsBuild and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makersCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectivesProvide market and field-level feedback to influence GTM strategy and product developmentRequirements3+ years of enterprise sales experience within DevOps, Cloud or ObservabilityProven success in early-stage or hypergrowth environments, with comfort operating in ambiguity and building GTM processesStrong hunter mindset, with a track record of acquiring net-new logos and exceeding quotaBased in the UKSolid grasp of SaaS sales, with a DevOps-focused selling motionProven track record of driving revenue growth, hitting quotas, and scaling business impactAbility to understand and effectively sell the client's platformGenuine passion for cybersecurity software sales, eagerness to learn, and motivation to growStrong customer relationship management skills, including clear communication and handling client queriesIdeally fluent in German and experienced selling into the DACH region.If you are a successful applicant, a member of our team will reach out.
