Job Description

We're seeking an inquisitive and motivated First Line Support Engineer to join our expanding support team at Wakefield. You'll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for customer issues across hosted telephony products (Zoom, Horizon, Webex, etc.) and broadband services.
