It focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, delivering agreed benefits, and supporting retention and long-term value. The position centres on service excellence, coordination and administration rather than new business development.Key Responsibilities:Membership Account ManagementManage onboarding for new members, ensuring a structured and welcoming introductionAct as the primary day-to-day contact for member queries and supportMaintain regular engagement to encourage active participation and service usageSupport renewals by ensuring members clearly understand and receive valueSponsorship Delivery & AdministrationCoordinate delivery of sponsorship agreements and benefits across events, digital channels and publicationsMaintain accurate records of contracts, deliverables and timelinesServe as a key contact for sponsors on operational mattersSupport renewals through professional and consistent account managementContract Management & ComplianceMaintain clear documentation of contracts, commitments and key datesTrack fulfilment of sponsorship and membership deliverablesSupport invoicing and ensure commercial documentation is accurate and up to dateReporting & ROI SupportProduce timely reports demonstrating delivery and outcomes for sponsorsCollate engagement and activity data to support ROI discussionsContribute to improving reporting processes and templatesShare insights to strengthen membership and sponsorship offeringsCRM & CollaborationMaintain accurate CRM records for members and sponsorsTrack engagement, contract status and key interactionsCollaborate with events, marketing, recruitment and consultancy teamsSupport live events where requiredContribute flexibly within a small team environment
