The business has historically operated on an aggressive buy-and-build model and looking for an interim CFO to support with professionalisation and further acquisitions under PE environments. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver finance professionalisation initiatives, including operating model design, governance, controls and reporting enhancements Support post-acquisition integration across multiple jurisdictions (systems, processes, people and controls) Supporting group-wide transformation initiatives (scalability, cost efficiency, finance effectiveness) Provide hands-on support to senior stakeholders during a period of change. RequirementsProven experience interim CFO within PE-backed, high-growth or acquisitive businesses Demonstrable experience operating in large, complex organisations (£500m+ revenue) Must have strong background in professional services environments Deep experience of M&A integration, buy-and-build strategies and operating model design Comfortable operating at Group CFO / Board level, with gravitas and commercial judgement Qualified accountant ACA (preferred), or equivalent#J-18808-Ljbffr
