This is an exciting time to join as we scale the business and grow our commercial team.The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who brings:5 plus years experience in FMCG account management rolesNational Account Management experience; grocery experience with big 4 retail is essentialP&L owned /strong leadership and forecasting experienceStrong communication skills to develop and manage key buying relationshipsA flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work closely within a small teamThe energy to thrive in a rapidly growing, evolving businessA self-starter mindset with ambition to progressA genuine passion for food and fresh productsProficiency in Excel, powerpoint and sales forecasting toolsExperience with category dataStrong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial targetsExperience working with Tesco and or Sainsbury's, including Joint Business Plans, is highly advantageous.Scope of the RoleAccount management responsibility for key grocery customersDelivering business KPIs across your accountsOwnership of volume and value forecasts and internal P&L reportingSupporting pricing and promotional strategyLeading and supporting Joint Business Plans (JBPs)Driving distribution, range reviews, and NPD listingsCollaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and financeWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Opportunity to grow with the business and progress to Senior roleA collaborative, ambitious SME culture with real responsibilityDirect access to senior leadership and decision-making.Free delicious soup!No recruiters please.
