We are looking for a UK Sales Manager (KAM) to drive sustainable growth across key UK retail partners. This role owns sales performance, joint business planning, and retail execution, working in a fast-growing, innovation-driven consumer technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver UK sales targets (Sell-In & Sell-Out) across strategic retail partners.Build, manage and grow relationships with major UK retailers through structured joint business plans.Lead retail GTM execution for new product launches including range planning, pricing, promo, in-store & online activation.Maximise sales performance through promotions, forecasting, and stock management.Track market trends, competitor activity, and retail pricing to support commercial decisions.Manage retail investments including promotions, rebates, and marketing support with strong ROI focus.Ensure compliance, operational discipline, and proactive risk management across retail channels.Work closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned and high-quality execution.QualificationsProven experience managing major UK retail accounts (e.g. Currys, Argos, John Lewis, Costco or equivalent).Background in consumer electronics, home appliances, or tech preferred.Strong commercial and analytical capability, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus.
