The OpportunityThis is a pivotal leadership role where you will: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of nurses and support staff Oversee all clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of the clinic Ensure an exceptional, patient-centred dialysis experience Liaise with NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with governance frameworks (including KLoE) Support onboarding, training, and professional development Build strong patient relationships and effectively manage feedback and concerns About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have: Full NMC registration Experience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting Registration as a Manager with CQC (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A hands-on, values-driven leadership style A proactive and solution-focused approach Excellent organisational and operational management skills Evidence of continued professional development (renal care experience highly desirable) Whats on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) MondaySaturday day shifts (no nights) 35 xjdpvnf days annual leave (including bank holidays) Company pension scheme Life assurance (3x annual salary) Retail discount scheme Association membership (ANNUK) Ongoing professional development Supportive, community-focused culture Opportunity to be part of a collaborative international healthcare networkIf youre a passionate renal leader ready to make a meaningful difference in patients lives, wed love to hear from you.
